The staff was attentive and helpful.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty, with dusty surfaces and a filthy shower. The air conditioning unit was loud and not functioning properly, making it hard to sleep. Additionally, the breakfast served was cold and barely edible, and the checkout confusion left me frustrated.
